How I work
At the heart of my work as a therapist, I believe that everybody deserves to be seen fully.

Therapy with me is
-
I like to be collaborative with my clients, get their feedback, and understand their support systems. With children and teens, I would love to work and collaborate with school counselors and other providers when appropriate.
-
I engage with clients and react to clients with genuine emotions.
-
I am a shoes off, cross-legged, sit on the ground if you want, type therapist.
