How I work
At the core of my work as a therapist is the belief that each person has unique strengths and meaningful experiences that deserve to be heard, understood, and valued.
Meghan Ollington
LMHC (she/her)
Meghan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and School Adjustment Counselor, with a background in marriage and family therapy.
With an awareness of the many challenges and stressors that can come with everyday life, Meghan brings compassion, patience, and a warm, collaborative style to her practice. She has worked in both community clinics and school settings, supporting children, adolescents, parents, young adults, and families as they work toward their therapeutic goals.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, family challenges, your child’s school or developmental needs, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to go through it alone. Meghan strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported, while helping them find practical tools for change.
In her free time, Meghan enjoys reading, drawing, being outside with her family, and walking her bulldog, Max.
Meghan has immediate availability for morning and limited afternoon appointments and accepts Harvard Pilgrim insurance and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
